Yamaha's Katie Benson was familiar with sandy terrain, as her training in South Carolina would help her find familiarity on the loose soil(s) that were spread across the Daytona infield for the RCSX Championship. Her style aboard the number twenty-eight Yamaha would generate traction upon the rear wheel, finding momentum while speeding through the deepest portion(s) of the racetrack in the final laps of the main event for the Women's division. She would sprint to the finish line in a residency of fifth place, eventually exiting the raceway with an extraordinary feeling of accomplishment.
