The veteran returned to the racecourse once more, for the legendary Thanksgiving race in Northern Florida. Michigan's John Grewe had won at the highest level for numerous seasons, and strove to repeat championship runs of years past in November. He was stellar on the Supercross track, obtaining results of fifth overall and second overall (in multiple Vet classes) before ascending to the throne in the Masters 55+ division where a number one plate was clinched! His prowess on the motorcycle was evident as well, on the outdoor landscape - as he climbed to fifth (in Senior 45+), second (in Masters 50+), and runner-up as well, in Masters 55+, respectively.
