The Husqvarna athlete was excited to compete on a circuit that resembled an outdoor layout, as the Floridian had achieved some of the strongest results of his career at venues like High Point and Budds Creek in weeks (and season's) past. That led many in the industry to hypothesize the raw speed in which Swoll possessed while flying down the longest straightaway on the track in practice, scrubbing his way to a lessened trajectory with a means of kicking the rear tire to the right and the triple clamp mechanism to the left...all the while returning to the racing surface with fluidity, that was set to translate to the first moto of the afternoon. Gathering a position of eighth, Swoll was constantly rotating his lines when sprinting toward the start straightaway as a means to gain time on the leader(s) of the field. His mechanic all the while would reiterate words of encouragement and his current standing on the pit-board, keeping him motivated and focused on the end goal as he passed through the seventh lap of action. Even with Levi Kitchen moving around, which had descended his position to ninth, Swoll remained persistent when attacking the corners that followed the longest straightaways. Which ultimately enabled him to capture a finishing residency of seventh, after surpassing Jordon Smith and Seth Hammaker in the final moments! Exiting the raceway with a means to replicate that performance in the latter afternoon sequence, it was Swoll who had a sense of self belief that couldn't be forged. Moto-two was just around the corner, where Jalek's clutch release and ability to combat the narrowing-in of various opponents to garner fifteenth was commendable given the intensity that was being generated amongst the 250cc field! Though not necessarily what he'd desired, his effort(s) of fighting within the most narrow portion(s) of the course were notable and a means that led him into the top-ten by the time lap eight had come to fruition. His charge was imminent, but would also be hampered by a mistake in the final moments of the moto which deterred him multiple positions in the running order...and despite capturing a thirteenth-place residency as all was said and done for the latter afternoon sequence, it would be Swoll who's consistency throughout the evening equated to tenth overall in the record book(s) - continuing to build his confidence for the last round of the playoff's, which was to come.
