HAIDEN DEEGAN | GRIT-208 | 250SX

The astounding, Haiden Deegan would put the entirety of the 250cc field on notice as practice laps were stockpiled early in the afternoon hours. He would contest the toughest in the field, combatting their lap-times with overt rev's of his own, and constantly make his presence felt throughout the division. He would make subtle changes to the chassis on the fly, especially in preparation for what was to come into the night show; but by all accounts, his Yamaha 250F seemed to be immaculate as the grid would be aligned for his heat race. From there, he watched the pin unlatch and the metal bracket collapse just in front of his tire; unleashing the clutch and nullifying the wheelie that his machine wanted to conduct. From there, Deegan would make his way into the lead, despite a plethora of veteran's just behind his rear tire. Somehow, Deegan was unfazed through it all and seemed to continue on the trajectory that he left Houston with; putting Monster Star Racing Yamaha in an advantageous position, while gaining experience at the professional laps. Two laps would be come three, three laps becoming four, and so on, as he past the halfway point. The sand section had then become ravaged by numerous bikes leaping through it, making the lines rather erratic all the while constantly deepening. He wouldn't falter or showcase any sort of mistake though, proceeding to burst past the white-flag shortly thereafter while carrying the weight of world on his shoulders. Corner by corner, he neared the finish-line with confidence....leaping over the final double with an amazing accomplishment now added to his resumé! Taking the win with style, Deegan's first ever heat race win was one for the record books, that the crowd over! He hoped to do much the same in the main event, where he contested for an early race lead alongside Nate Thrasher and Max Anstie. Residing third in the moments thereafter, Deegan would only be passed by Michael Mosiman and Hunter Lawrence in the laps that immediately followed; accruing experience while inside the top-five of the East Coast division. Displaying a series of pristine whips over the "SX" triple, he would then move to fourth as Michael Mosiman would crash around the halfway point. And from there, it was a battle of perseverance as he defended the position from Jeremy Martin for the entirety of the moto! Registering fourth as the nineteenth lap concluded, it would be another admirable performance on behalf of Haiden Deegan; who was continuing to shock the industry, one race at a time!
