Athletes from around the globe would fill the roster for competition in Dallas. With the track already beginning to deteriorate after press day had occurred, competitors such as Kyle Peters knew that the course was going to be ever-changing. Nevertheless, he shifted into gear and bombarded the competition with an array of stellar lines for practice. These rhythm lanes were extremely peaked with minimal room for error as he launched from various takeoffs while attempting to downside specific landing ramps. With even a subtle clipping of each mound, valuable milliseconds could be lost to his biggest rivals. Though as practice move onward, he continued to flourish. Upon flowing over the finish-line jump, he concluded the final sector with an enormous wave of confidence. From there, he looked forward to beginning the heat race sector. After shifting into gear, he launched onto the raceway and immediately began to quarrel with established members of the pack. The course was in pristine condition, and this red clay would grip his tires for however long it could withhold moisture. In the early-going, he would accelerate to a standing of twelfth, while knowing he could surge further forward. From there, his battles were fierce, though he knew he couldn't expend much energy with the forthcoming main event set to be extremely strenuous on a much rougher track. As he did his best to blitz through the whoop section, he would begin to gain substantial ground on his opponents...which led to passes over Landon Hartz, Evan Ferry, Hardy Munoz and others. He had moved into eighth as lap six transpired, but he believed he could surpass Luke Clout. And he ultimately would do so! Resulting in a seventh-place standing, for the veteran! In the finale, the stage had been set. He strove to excel while putting forth a blitzing plan of sorts in the early-going. Ruts had now been carved through every berm and seemingly across every takeoff on the landscape. Therefore, his balance, vision, and throttle control were paramount in his eventual quest for a top-ten overall finish. As fights within the pack would wage onward, he knew that his fortitude would be an outlying variable in comparison to many athletes around him.
Though he couldn't let off of the gas while in close proximity to athletes such as Cullin Park, Derek Kelley, and Jeremy Hand. With the checkered flag now seeming palpable in the distance, he would engage in another output of speed, so to speak. He had fought with tremendous heart, around the aforementioned Kelley, and would defend his position from a hard-charging Nate Thrasher in the final stages! From the seventeenth-lap onward, tenth-place was his....and he remained here, through the checkered flag!
