GRIT 301 — 250SX 6th — Maximus Vohland
February 7, 2026 · Maximus Vohland

Every aspect of Maximus Vohland's game was polished. Countless season(s) of tireless training were now set to be unveiled, and a perfect racetrack and opportunity was constructed in the city of Glendale, Arizona on Saturday. The fans in this portion of the country were enthusiastic and ready to see athletes like him battle it out within the Supercross realm. He then shifted into gear for practice and never looked back. There wasn't any hesitation as he bombarded through the course with a series of doubles and triples. Steep takeoffs were conquered with a rhythm that couldn't be taught or replicated. He minimized casing and would scrub the machine from left to right when ample airtime was presented. In the heat race, he surged forward and tracked down Avery Long for second, then overtook Lux Turner on the seventh circuit — ultimately being designated as the winner at the end of the heat race! For the main event, he was eager to assemble a number of strong laps together. He toggled between a mindset of defense from racers who trailed and movement forward. He seemed to achieve a comfortable flow while residing in a standing of approximately fifth — but knew that a myriad of strong opponents were seemingly swarming him in many areas of the canvas. Nevertheless, he was steadfast within the highest tier of the category. He would maintain the fifth-place standing through the seventh lap, but it was there where a hard-charging Levi Kitchen would overtake him. Once into sixth, Vohland remained consistent. His mistake-free riding displayed the utmost professionalism and technicality. He would defend his standing from Hunter Yoder for the rest of the contest, and in the end, Maximus obtained sixth-place on the overall leaderboard.
