The supporting cast of Yamaha's Daxton Bennick would work diligently to begin their preparation(s) for this Foxborough course. Knowing that rain could strike at any time, they fine-tuned the chassis and intricate settings of the motorcycle to gel with the soft, Northeastern terrain. Bennick seemed to conform to the surface as it instantly rutted through the multitude of practice sessions. And after scouring the lines for an array of lines, his arsenal of tools (for both heat race and main event that followed) would be in his back pocket, if the time called for it. Upon qualifying for that of heat two, he shifted into gear while immediately releasing the clutch as the pin in front of him unlatched. It was a dash to the first corners where elbows collided, and every inch of travel on the racing circuit was crucial as the track immediately began to break down. The battle between he and KTM's Tom Vialle was immense - with both athletes aiming for specific lines in various corners, only to be thwarted by the opposing adversary who charged harder. Ultimately, Vialle would come out ahead...storming toward the final double with two laps remaining on the heat's itinerary. Eventually exiting the raceway while finalized in fourth, it was onto the main event where he was set to assemble on the line with athletes like Haiden Deegan and Cameron McAdoo. With the field storming through the first lap with the utmost velocity, he managed to grasp a standing of twelfth while pulling tear-off's over the "SX" triple, which had quite the challenging landing. Trying his best to avoid the roost that was being thrown from the rear wheel(s) of Jalek Swoll and Henry Miller in front of him, he remained steady with the throttle while seeking to triple through the rhythm that was just after the sand section. He and ClubMX Yamaha's Coty Schock were nearly paralleled with speed while sprinting through the seventh lap of the series, where the fastest lines were now too deteriorated to be embarked on...causing athletes to embody a sense of creativity when they attempted to maneuver their way forward. Around the eleven minute mark, he had passed Swoll and teammate Nick Romano - trailing Schock by one position. He then would glance at the pit-board while his mechanic relayed both, lap-times, and how far his opponents were behind him. Bennick then knew that a maximum heart-rate/all-out burst of speed was going to have to be conducted if he were to clench the seventh-place overall standing...and as the checkered flag was eventually thrown, the Monster Energy Star Racing Yamaha rider was established in the record book within the seventh-place residency.
