A staple within the New England motocross scene for well over a decade now, Dakota Kessler would proceed to throw his name into the mix of contenders that were vying for "Vet Class" gold at Daytona International Speedway. His Yamaha would speed to the rear wheel of Mike Alessi in the Junior (25+) class, hoping to move around the veteran before the finish line, but would have to settle for second prior to seeking redemption in the Vet (30+) division...and once amid the latter classification, Kessler would rise above the rest and decisively leap across the final double as champion once and for all!
