Consistency was an attribute that Barry Carsten embodied when competing on the motorcycle. He was the perfect representation of the term at every race he attended, relentlessly chipping away at phenomenal feats as he crossed the finish line. The Mini O's event this year was no different, as the New Jersey native accumulated two fourth's and a second on the SX circuit (in a trio of Vet classes), before embarking on the outdoor course. Once there, the established race craft of Carsten flourished - leading him to overall scores of fourth (in Senior 45+ and Masters 50+), before leaping into victory lane in the Masters 55+ class, with the division's title!
