Proving (yet again) that his technique would translate extremely well to the Supercross-style layout of Daytona, Suzuki's Barry Carsten proceeded to execute and time rhythm sections of various sizes with precise momentum aboard the number thirty-one machine. Regardless of how large the gap or steep the obstacle, the New Jersey native would find a way to excel en route to the checkered flag! Generating a fourth and second (in the Senior (40+) and Senior (45+) classes), he would return to the podium on one final occasion to claim a runner-up in the Masters (50+) division!
