As racing fired back up on Friday morning the Junior 25+ class took to the track first. Ricky Renner sticks the #1 machine into the lead like it’s business as usual blasting out to an early lead. Ricky’s been on top of his game this year, racking up wins across the world and now in Mini O’s Supercross and Motocross. Renner is slowly but surely working himself into legend status as he clicks off win after win here at Gatorback.
450 B Limited

Challen Tennant isn’t back…he never left! Although a few nagging injuries had him held back momentarily Challen has busted back more hungry for wins than ever. Starting Friday off on the same note as the rest of the week, the #71 KTM rider flew around the Mini O’s outdoor track, showing the rest of the 450 B Limited Division 1 the fast line around the freshly prepped track. With just enough lines ate in from the first moto, Challen was able to carve his way to an early morning victory.
450 B Limited
-Division 2: Gavin Wilkins
-Division 2: Gavin Wilkins
Gavin Wilkins blasted down to Florida from Minnesota on a mission to shake up the B class. In today’s 450 B Limited class, Gavin was on fire performing well aboard his Yamaha steed. Wilkins has been on the edge of greatness for quite some time and is now firing on all cylinders and stealing wins in the Division 2 450 B Limited class.
Mini Sr. (12-15) Limited

-Hardy Munoz
Hardy Munoz has been doing some really impressive things on the #73 Suzuki RM85. Munoz has been causing problems in the Mini Sr. (12-15) ranks all week, this time taking the top honors inside of the Mini Sr. (12-15) Limited class. Hunoz kept his distance, waiting for the perfect moment to lunge into the lead. Hardy’s performances this week have turned a lot of heads and as race action heads into championship deciding motos expect him to continue hanging it out.
85 (9-11)

Team Dunlop backed Jett Reynolds worked his Kawasaki KX85 around the rest of the 85 (9-11) class with ease today. Closing in on a solid first moto, Jett was absolutely amazing from gate drop to finish giving the boys in Division 1 a few tips on how to properly rip the track. The #79 machine was smoking hot, tearing through the competition with a fierce intensity. Jett has been on a roll outdoors and is ready to fight for his chance at national title on the Mini O’s motocross track.
85 (9-11)
-Division 2: Matt Leblanc
-Division 2: Matt Leblanc
Furthering his perfect week, Matt Leblanc chalked up another one, earning the Division 2 win over the 85 (9-11) bandits. In a class deep with potential victors, Leblanc stuck the nose of the #329 machine in the front and proceeded to rail around the track with freedom, choosing where he raced on the track as he pulled away, leaving nothing to chance on the Mini O’s motocross track.
450 C Limited

-Division 1: Locky Kennedy
Locky Kennedy has been killing it. After seeing great success on the Supercross track throughout the early half of the week, Kennedy has kept it up now claiming wins in his second day of motocross action. Locky is getting around the track really well, earning himself the right to be a bit cocky around the pits. His amazing results this week in the C classes and now the 450 C Limited class are bound to help him gain some future help as he has been putting a hurting on the competition in his divisional races.

Also labeling himself as a top gun contender here at Mini O’s is the #424 Honda ride of Austin Watling. Austin’s track record is a pretty lengthy and impressive one as well and he is not done adding to it yet. Ready to assault the Mini O’s track a few more times to earn himself a title outdoors, Watling put in the proper preparation grabbing himself a moto 1 win to head into the final with. It’s going to be a tough one however rest assured when the gate drops, Watling will be ready for war.
250 Pro Sport

Need we even say how ridiculously fast Austin Forkner is? The fences were packed so we’d be willing to bet the majority of you saw it. If you didn’t, we’ll have you know the #214 Dunlop treaded Kawasaki machine was going very fast around the Mini O’s motocross track today. As day two of motocross racing got underway, Austin pushed the 250 Pro Sport class to their max as he gracefully attacked the track and pulled away with the moto 1 victory. The #214 was absolutely shredding, putting his Kawasaki where ever he wanted it on the track as he stole the show in the first Pro race of the day.
Vet 30+

Vero Beach, Florida based Garrett Edmisten was railing in today’s installment of Vet 30+. Garrett has been racking up national titles for quite some time now and it looks as though he could have a Vet 30+ class championship on his way too. Edmisten was fast during today’s race action, sneaking away with a convincing win over a class full of speedy veterans. Watch for the Florida local to come out swinging again onc the moto two fight comes around.
65 (7-9)

Romano…if you have any interest in the 65cc classes then you have definitely heard of this name. Nick Romano and the #411 Team D backed Team Green Kawasaki have been clicking off many wins this week. Adding the Team Green name to the record books a few more times, Romano has been railing this week and making the competition not look like such competition, working his way to the front on a regular basis and doing it very convincingly each time. Nick has his work cut out for him as the classes combine for moto 2 however you can bet he will be ready for what lies ahead when the gate drops.
65 (7-9)

Ryder Difrancesco and the Jimmy Johns backed Team Green Kawasaki are putting on a great show this week. The #199 has been riding like a man possessed, ringing his KX65 to the limit around the entire Mini O’s outdoor track. Looking to continue his streak of solid results and climb further up the 65cc and 85cc ranks, Ryder has been hauling the mail this week doing what he can to steal as many wins from his competition as possible. Very excited for moto action, Ryder Difrancesco can’t wait to see what he can work out when the gate drops on the final motos later this week.
250 B

Challen Tennant is on a roll, 250 or 450…Supercross of Motocross. If you’ve seen the #71 ride at any time this week you’ll realize that it his speed is blatantly obvious. So it should serve as no surprise that we announce another big win in the 250 B Division 1 class this morning. Tennant has really got in these boys heads, stacking up moto win after moto win as he heads wide open towards a few more wins and national championships.

Yamaha pilot Gavin Wilkins was on the move today, claiming multiple moto wins in the B classes. Wilkins was on the move, this time putting the fear into the 250 B Division 2 class. Gavin put in a race full of consistent, hard charging laps to take home a solid 250 B win setting him up nicely for championship contention as finals quickly approach.

Locky Kennedy aka the C class assassin! Kennedy decided after a few sub par motos early on in Supercross he was going to tear the rest of the week to bits and that was just what he has done so far. Clicking off C class victories in nearly every division he has competed in, Locky is looking to steal every title he can get his hands on outdoors. Kennedy sits in title contention in various classes, namely the 250 C Division 1 class after his big win mid day on Friday.

Salvatore Cusimano Jr.
Salvatore Cusimano Jr. of West Creek, New Jersey added his name to the impressive list of C class moto winners. With things being pretty limited to a few other riders up to this point, Cusimano serves as a breathe of fresh air as well as to play the role of potential spoiler. Earning a 250 C win of his own in the Division 2 class, Salvatore hopes to be the one to shake things up a bit when moto 2 action gets underway.

Trevor Pavlik on the #3 Husqvarna caused a bit of a stir in Division 3 250 C action added yet another new name to the win list in the deep field of 250 C riders. Pavlik made all of the right moves during his moto on the Mini O’s outdoor track and was able to secure the moto 1 win leading his division into the final. Eager to mix it up with the rest of the classes heavy hitters, Trevor Pavlik is going to keep the 250 C class interesting as divisions combine for the final moto run off tomorrow.
Supermini 2 (13-16)

The Red Bull supported Orange Brigade effort of Pierce Brown has been seeing great success so far this week at the Mini O’s. Pierce has been shining like the Florida sun, getting his Dunlop’s to the ground and powering around the competition like it’s his job. Brown stuck it to the Supermini 2 (13-16) class blasting the pack with roost as he finished the day’s business with a stout moto 1 victory in Division 1.

Jalek Swoll kept it 100 on them, slicing and dicing the Mini O’s track aboard the #352 Husqvarna. Swoll has shown amazing speed so far this week as he rode his way to multiple wins so far in outdoor action. Making the home state proud, Jalek has been on rails making it look easy as he has torn through the tough Supermini ranks. Jalek’s powerful win in Division 2 put the target on his back as the man to beat as outdoor racing proceeds into second moto finals.
Masters 50+

Earl “The Pearl” May is looking to add to his already prestigious record starting the journey off with a moto one victory in the Masters 50+ class. Looking flashy dawning the Gold plates, Earl and the #82 Kawasaki did what they know best…win! May has been collection national championships for quite some time and if history repeats itself tomorrow should be a pretty sweet day for Mr and Mrs May!
450 Pro Sport

In 450 Pro Sport, the A class was treated to a nice few of Chase Sexton’s rear fender. Sexton finally got the jump he needed, working into the lead and chopping off consistent laps one after another. Chase maneuvered his factory Amsoil Honda around the track with precision, choosing all of the fast lines on the afternoon Mini O’s motocross track as he led the rest of the blazing fast 450 Pro Sport contestants through the Florida soil. Chase definitely has the goods to steal a championship before Mini O’s is over. Now that he has stolen a taste of sweet victory, expect Sexton to be coming for blood as second motos get underway.
450 B

Challen Tennant has been getting a slew of exposure after his dominant week in the B class ranks. Challen has turned it up lately, forcing the level of the B class up a few notches and he didn’t give everyone much notice of the upcoming changes. Tennant has been on another level, challenging the rest of the boys to step their game up at the Mini O’s. Expect big things out of the #71 as the week and season continue further on.
450 B

Dunlop backed Team Green ripper Joey Crown stole the show as 450 B Division 2 hit the track. Crown grabbed his transfer spot into the second moto run off with ease, powering the #35 Kawasaki into a solid lead and pounding out the top spot of the day. Crown has been just on the edge of taking many wins this week so his big win in Division 2 today was a very satisfying one, finally putting all of the pieces together.
450 C
-Division 1: Perry Warren
-Division 1: Perry Warren
Perry Warren added one more moto win to his 2015 Mini O’s record. Warren has been embarrassing boys all week long on his KTM two stroke taking moto wins all over the board. Perry’s #3 machine and his efforts on board it have earned him the nickname the intimidator. In true Dale Earnhardt form, Warren is pushing these boys around and taking nothing from no one along the way to his Division 1 450 C win.
450 C
-Division 2: Rece Campbell
-Division 2: Rece Campbell
Rece Campbell on board the #63 Yamaha decided enough was enough, working around the usual C class winners and salvaging one for himself. Hailing from Nelsonville, Ohio, Campbell showed the rest of the racers in the 450 C Division 2 class what his Yamaha machine would do, powering ahead of the competition and capitalizing with a big moto one win. Campbell has quite a few potential race winners to deal with however if he can do it once, no reason he can’t do it again when it counts in the final motos.
65 (10-11)

Perfection should have been Matt Leblanc’s middle name. Leblanc appears to have his age divisions in both the 65cc and 85cc classes totally sewed up as he went on to win again, uncontested. Matt’s efforts off the race track are paying huge dividends, as he continues to take moto wins. Quickly approaching a record that will be hard to beat, Leblanc is working to become one of the best the Mini O’s event has seen. With first motos out of the way and championship motos coming up next, it will be interesting to see if the #329 machine can keep it up front for a few more motos tomorrow as motocross comes to an end here at Gatorback.
Mini Sr. (12-15)

The #604 KTM ride of Max Miller has been flying lately. The Motorsport backed racer appears to be a top the elite of the class right now, mixing it up with the best of the best on a regular basis and coming out on top time and time again. Miller was scary fast as the Mini Sr. (12-15) class took to the track for battle, aggressively slinging the SX85 around the track preparing for the next day’s final motos. If Max can come out and repeat his riding today, the championship could very well be his!

Yamaha’s Ty Masterpool has been busting some heads this week. Ty’s efforts have been graciously rewarded, leaving the Mini Sr. (12-15) class with the top honors. Masterpool and his Yamaha’s have meshed well, ripping and tearing their way to the top of the premier Mini class before making the leap to the Supermini class. Masterpool was letting the throttle rip and his hair flow as he put it to everyone on the gate letting them know if you want to win this class you’re going to have to step your game up.
Schoolboy 1 Limited B/C
-Division 1: Luke Neese
-Division 1: Luke Neese
The #125 Yamaha ride of Luke Neese shook up the Schoolboy 1 Limited B/C class today stealing a nice win over a pack full of tense competitors. Neese out maneuvered some of the very best in the Schoolboy class as he snagged the Division 1 win. Neese and his wicked Yamaha surprised a lot of folks today and with second motos just around the bend expect to see Luke gunning for the top spot once again as everyone comes together for the championship run off.

As Division 2 of the Schoolboy 1 Limited B/C class took to the track it was another Yamaha backed rider, this time the #144 of Brock Papi was leading the way as the class made their way down into and out of the gator pit. As the raced transpired, Papi was lighting the track on fire with hot lines and an even more intense desire to take the win. Brock outlasted the rest of the racers, adding the Schoolboy 1 Limited B/C moto win to his impressive Mini O’s record aboard his new Horton Yamaha’s.
51 (4-8) Limited

Daxton Bennick was at it again, this time leading the way in the 51 (4-8) Limited class. Bennick looked strong in Division 1, pushing ahead of the stiff competition and knifing his way into the first place spot. Daxton and his #241 KTM edged out the stacked class to grab himself the top transfer spot into the championship deciding final moto. Bennick has stolen several other wins this week so he knows he has the goods to sneak in and ran the win in the final.
51 (4-8) Limited
-Division 2: Krystian Janik
-Division 2: Krystian Janik
Krystian Janik on the #27 Cobra ride has been doing some solid things this week in Florida at the Winter Olympics. Janik meant business in moto one, topping some heavy hitters as the day at Mini O’s winded down. In an exciting battle, Krystian was able to take over the race and charge the track at the head of the pack. Janik has snuck in and grabbed a few wins already this week proving you never know when he may sneak around the next corner and into the lead.
85 (12-13)
-Division 1: Hardy Munoz
-Division 1: Hardy Munoz
All the way from Chile comes Hardy Munoz. The #73 Suzuki ride of Munoz has been laying it down this week, showing America’s best that he too is capable of winner here on U.S soil. Hardy has looked aggressive and fast, pushing his RM85 hard using everything he can of his wicked fast Suzuki race bike. Munoz has caused enough of a stir in these blazing fast classes that there is no doubt this kid is the real deal. If he can keep it up, his national title chances are looking pretty solid.

In 85 (12-13) action, Max Miller was on a mission, Refusing to lose, Miller was pushing the track and pushing it hard, nearly blowing over a few corners on his way to the front of the pack. Miller had it held wide open, working around Jack Rogers and stealing the Division 2 victory. Miller never let up once he made it to the front, fending off a pretty valiant effort from fellow KTM rider Pierce Brown. Miller has been on rails and if he can get near the front again in the second moto run off then expect the #604 to put up a good fight for the win.
College (16-24)

Wilkins had one of his best days in quite some time today, leaving the track on Friday with all sorts of big wins. Wilkins finished the day by stealing a huge win in the College (16-24) class. Gavin has clicked another gear this week, sticking himself into many great positions heading into championship motos. Gavin was absolutely killing the division 1 competition, checking out to a huge huge win as the final first motos come to a close.
College (16-24)
-Division 2: Justin Cooper
-Division 2: Justin Cooper
In Division 2 of the College (16-24) class, the gates were packed and there were plenty of talented riders capable of taking the top transfer spot as racers qualify their way into championship run off contention. As things got underway it was the #19 Yamaha hopping out to the front quickly. Cooper has been on a roll since August, laying down the law at tracks all over. Justin’s convincing win today reassured all the neigh sayers that he means serious business.
65 (7-11)

In the final moto of the day before consolation races, the 65 (7-11) group hit the track wide open. In a class with such depth in age and talent levels, it’s hard to guess who will come out of the trenches on top. However today when all was said and done it would be the #199 Team Green ride of Ryder Difrancesco coming out victorious. Ryder D pushed hard during the final first moto to claim the last transfer spot directly to the main event action and he was stoked to say the least. The #199 Team Dunlop backed ride was ripping around the Mini O’s outdoor track giving lessons on the fastest way around Gatorback on a 65cc machine. Ryder has kicked it up another notch lately and is looking good as he heads wide open into the final day of racing at Mini O’s.
