Torrance, CA: American Honda, in association with MX Sports Pro Racing announces the introduction of the Honda CRF150 Cup. Comprised of two special races held in conjunction with the final two rounds of the Lucas Oil AMA Pro Motocross Championship, held at Steel City (September 4) and Pala Raceway (September 11), the Honda CRF150 Cup events will be held the same day as the Nationals and on the exact same track.

 Intended to showcase the next generation of motocross talent, the CRF150 Cup will feature significant support from American Honda as well as the Honda Riders Club of America® (HRCA®).

Torrance, CA: American Honda Motor Company’s Powersports Division announced to its dealers today an additional release of off-road models and ATVs for the 2011 model year. These Hondas include the CRF450R and CRF250R motocross machines, CRF70F and CRF50F off-road motorcycles, the FourTrax Rancher family of ATVs, and the sporty TRX250X.

 “Honda is ramping up its release of 2011 models,” said Powersports Press Manager Bill Savino. “We’re proud to unveil our newest race bikes, the CRF450R and CRF250R motocrossers, plus a wide assortment of Honda off-road machines that have remained extremely popular with recreational riders over the years. SUZUKI ANNOUNCES ANOTHER WAVE OF NEW 2011 MODELS
Brea, CA, July 19, 2010 — Suzuki is pleased to announce its first big wave of several new models for the 2011 model year. The Action Sports Medicine Foundation and the Road 2 Recovery Foundation are proud to bring the ASMF Mobile Sports Medicine Unit to the 2010 Ponca City GNC Final for the second year in a row. The treatment facility will again provide sports medicine services such as taping and stretching as well as evaluation and medical treatment of injuries not requiring emergency room transport. The ASMF staff covering the event will be certified athletic trainer Christine Chmielewski and Jimmy Preuter, physician assistant Randy Fulford, Dr. Stephen Augustine and Dr. John Abbott.  The foundation will also have student athletic trainers Kristina Miller and Ryan Leibreich along for the experience. All of our staff is experienced with motocross sports medicine. In addition to providing on site sports medicine care, the unit will bring a new level and understanding of the importance of safety and health issues to the sport.

American-made Cobra motorcycles were on center stage this past weekend at the mini cycle version of the Motocross Des Nations – the eighth annual MX Master Kids held at the Commercy circuit in Lorraine, France. And as they have in the past, Cobra racers stepped up in the field of nearly 600 racers and dominated both the 50cc and 65cc Senior classes with the Missouri tandem ofAustin Forkner and “Lightning” Lance Kobush bridging home top honors on the Senior 65s 50s, respectively.
