(May 6, 2010) – Since the 2010 AMA Arenacross Series wrapped up over one month ago, hundreds of the world’s fastest amateur arenacross competitors have been anxiously awaiting and training for their opportunity to compete for a national championship at the Amateur National Arenacross Championship (ANAC). This weekend, the ANAC will commence with its inaugural event from Las Vegas’ Sam Boyd Stadium, sharing the spotlight with the season finale of Monster Energy AMA Supercross, an FIM World Championship.
Supercross is a uniquely American sport, one that was born in the USA and has since grown to capture the hearts of motorsports fans the world over. It’s definitely Showtime when the gates drop on a Saturday night Supercross race, and many would maintain that the man who put the capital “S” in Showtime was none other than Jeremy McGrath.
