California Native known for his epic jump at LACR where he brought the term "SEND IT" to a whole new level, hitting a 250ft quad 5th gear pinned on his yamaha . At just 16 years old Rookie White lives for anything that gives him an Adrenaline rush, whether it involves jumping off cliffs, BMX, or lining up on the gate next to 39 other crazy motocross fanatics Rookie is ready. After winning a two championships at the California Classic we got the chance to catch up with Rookie to see what he has planned for this year.
MP: Talk a little bit more about your training and what it takes to bring home championships.
Rookie White: My training consist of a 8mile loop on the road every morning just warm me up then ill go to the gym to do swimming or running and some plyometrics and or explosive cardio circuits. Honestly it takes some luck,hard work on and off the track, dedication, and believing in yourself that you can do it.
